About the job
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the lead generation and sales automation process, with a focus on ensuring the effectiveness of cold email campaigns. The role includes identifying and integrating new tools and methods, experimenting with innovative approaches, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Your contribution
- Manage the pipeline to generate 10,000 well-researched and enriched leads per month, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Clay, and various data platforms (e.g., People Data Labs, ZeroBounce, LeadMagic) for data enrichment. Regularly test and evaluate new data platforms to ensure they meet specific business needs.
- Optimize existing workflows (LinkedIn → Clay → Enrichment → Instantly → HubSpot) and explore new automation tools and methods.
- Implement advanced triggers based on key signals to enhance the timing and relevance of outreach.
- Regularly review and optimize cold email campaigns, focusing on content, cadence, and targeting to improve engagement.
- Oversee the technical setup of mailboxes, ensuring proper configuration for maximum deliverability.
- Manage system integrations (e.g., Zapier, webhooks) to ensure smooth data flow between platforms like HubSpot and Instantly.
- Allocate 40-50% of your time to exploring new tools, growth hacks, and innovative outreach strategies.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in sales automation and cold email best practices, implementing cutting-edge techniques.
- Work closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies and ensure tools and processes meet their needs.
- Regularly report on key metrics, including lead generation, email campaign performance, and deliverability rates.
Expertise you need
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing tools, automation platforms, and data enrichment tools. Proficient in using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- Open to experimenting with new approaches and tools, with a strong interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
- Familiar with sales processes, lead qualification, and market segmentation to align technical efforts with business goals.

- Experience with email deliverability best practices and technical setup is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data from campaigns and systems, providing clear insights and recommendations.
