The team is distributed and consists of other ASP.NET engineers, iOS engineers, designers, Project/Product Managers, and stakeholders.
Technologies
C#/.NET 8.0, ASP.NET development, dependency injection (Microsoft. Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services built with ASP.NET.
- Implement high-concurrency solutions for robust data handling.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to align on technical requirements.
Key Competencies:
- Strong C# and .NET expertise, including experience with .NET 8.0.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET development and working with Microsoft.Extensions libraries for Dependency Injection, Hosting, Logging, and Options configuration.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, and OAuth integrations, including third-party services such as Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Amazon, Facebook, and Google.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Swashbuckle, Orleans, Serilog, and AWS Secrets Manager
- Integrations of 3rd party services, s.a. f.e. Facebook APIs, MailChimp, etc.
- Understanding of containerization and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in unit testing and familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.
