We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our Select team, operating remotely from Colombia to serve our existing markets. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding English verbal communication skills, a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and the flexibility to work during Pacific Time (PT). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the US market, fostering relationships with key partners, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Your contribution
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets specific to the US market.
- Operations: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and partners.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the support team to facilitate smooth transactions between production/event teams and partners.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Feedback Sharing: Share insights and feedback to help enhance the platform and user experience, particularly for the US market.
Expertise you need
- Minimum of 3-5 years selling to the US market;
- outstanding verbal communication skills in both English (C1 level);
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting;
- willingness to work during Pacific Time (PT) hours (9 AM – 5 PM PT);
- proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools;
- reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
