This role offers the opportunity to work on thrilling products, tackle unique challenges, and operate within high-scale environments. As a Sales Development Representative your contributions will have an immediate impact on our business success, as well as the success of our valued clients.

Your contribution

  • Generate qualified outbound sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet KPI goals for meetings held and pipeline
  • Record and organize activities and insights correctly in the company’s CRM (Hubspot)
  • Leverage CRMs, sales engagement/acceleration/prospecting tools to effectively achieve your goals
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs, document them in the CRM and make recommendations for unique sales approaches to satisfy those needs
  • Communicate & pitch Postindustria’s value to its clients prospects in discovery/introduction calls
  • Prioritize & execute on different outbound lead sources (Email, Phone calls, LinkedIn etc.) and prospecting priorities for efficient and effective sales opportunity
  • Meet bi-weekly with sales team to strategize and provide feedback where needed

Expertise you need

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a near-native or native US accent (C2 proficiency).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an outbound SDR
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Proficiency in employing diverse approaches (calls, LinkedIn, perseverance, creativity) to effectively engage with prospective customers.
  • Proven experience in a cold-calling environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting customer research.
  • Strong aptitude for critical thinking and creativity.
  • Comfortable working with scripts, preparation materials, and customer profiles.
  • Consistently achieved top performance in previous roles.
  • Confident in engaging C-Suite executives and marketing leaders, adept at navigating through multiple decision-makers within organizations.

  • Experience in a technology company
  • Interest and basic knowledge about software development
  • Demonstrated track record hitting and exceeding meeting quota
  • You have experience defining the SDR practice or have been a company’s first SDR
